All crew working for TMC undergo an induction, including completing our online training portal. The crew are experienced in Staging, Set Building, Audio Visuals, Lighting, Screens, Corporate event, Show call & Set changes and the packing and unpacking of trucks.
We ensure our crew arrive in a timely manner with an enthusiastic attitude to the work ahead. TMC’s crew have proven they are aware of what it means to be part of a team, educated and Health & Safety conscious enabling them to complete any task that is thrown their way in a safe and timely manner.
At TMC we have a wide variety of skilled crew that are certified to operate various plant machinery. This includes but is not limited to; telehandlers, counterbalance, scissor lifts and cherry pickers. We ensure that any crew working with plant machinery arrives with the relevant licences and capability ensuring they operate correctly and safely.
TMC offers backstage support through many roles, some of the more prominent being; Changeover/Stage Crew, Spot Ops, Production Runners, Catering Assistants and Catering Runners.
Changeover/stage crew are required to be at the stage during the performances waiting for each act to finish and re-set the stage and equipment for the next artist. TMC’s stage crew can follow directions and ensure time management is applied.
TMC can supply drivers available for vehicles such as nine-seater people carriers, small vans and flatbeds. This is a role frequently supplied to festivals up and down the UK. All TMC’s drivers arrive onsite with a clean UK licence and a professional attitude to work.
